How Ife was born
The word Ife (or Ilé-Ifẹ̀) comes from the Yoruba language, spoken in West Africa, particularly in what is now Nigeria. It refers to the ancient sacred city considered the cradle of Yoruba civilization and the place where the creation of the world and humanity originated. Often described as “the place where dawn is born,” Ife is recognized as the spiritual center of Yoruba tradition — the city from which the gods descended to Earth. According to Yoruba mythology, it was founded by Oduduwa and Obatalá, central figures in their cosmology. Ife embodies Love, Expansion, and Amplification.
I remember one evening. I was sitting in silence, immersed in its light, while I asked myself
What can I create that could make a meaningful contribution to humanity?” And I thought something that could truly be a bridge, a connection between hearts.
I remember taking a deep breath as I watched the sunset, and in that instant, like a whisper from the Universe, a word appeared:

I understood immediately that it wasn’t just a name, but the beginning of a wonderful journey. A path born from my soul’s most authentic desire: to accompany you in your expansion, so that you may rediscover the love that already lives within you — silent, infinite, and waiting to be recognized. Because everything you seek is already present in your heart. It’s just difficult for the mind to understand what the soul has already understood.
Ife is simply the invitation to remember it.. 🧚♀️

We find ourselves in the land of expansion, the home of creation. We are the creators of our own reality, our experiences, our emotions, and the events that shape our lives.

When we are connected with our true Self, everything that dwells within us becomes amplified.
💞 Love
A deep feeling, commitment, and desire. Ife is also used as a feminine given name, symbolizing love and cultural legacy. To me, love is the most powerful force that unites all living beings in this universe. My contribution to you, in terms of expansion, amplification, and love, is to accompany you on the path toward awareness of healing and of our true Self.
